We provide a specially trained suite of AIs for financial services, to big financial institutions (insurers, brokerages, lenders, banks, etc). We've grown to hundreds of b2b customers in nearly 12 countries over the last 18 months primarily through word of mouth, and are now looking for someone to lead our inbound demand generation. Our buyers are a mix of C level execs and middle managers at regulated financial institutions. The bar for credibility is high.
Own lead generation.
This is our first performance marketing hire, which means you’ll be writing our marketing playbook. Your north star is a qualified pipeline: banks, credit unions, insurance carriers, lenders, and collections operations. You'll report directly to the CEO.
The work.
- Own paid social: LinkedIn is your primary channel. Build and optimize campaigns targeting financial services decision-makers. Measure everything.
- Build our outbound email engine: Sequences, segmentation, A/B testing. Work with sales on ICP targeting and message-market fit.
- Launch SMS campaigns: Event follow-ups, nurture sequences, re-engagement. You understand compliance in regulated verticals.
- Instrument the funnel: From first click to closed-won. Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting so we always know what's working.
- Run ABM plays: We have a target account list. Build the content and sequencing strategy to move those accounts.
- Manage ad spend with discipline: Start lean, prove ROI, scale. We compound budget, we don't burn it.
The profile.
- 2-5 years of B2B performance or growth marketing: ideally at a fintech, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS company.
- Obsessed with metrics: CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC. You live in dashboards and know which numbers actually matter.
- LinkedIn Ads fluent: You've built campaigns targeting niche enterprise personas and know how to make them convert.
- Email & automation native: HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or equivalent. You build sequences that don't feel like spam.
- Genuine aesthetic sensibility: You know the difference between a good fintech brand and a generic one. You have taste and you protect it.
- Self-directed and scrappy: You don't wait to be told what to do. You find the lever, pull it, and report back with data.
- Comfortable with long enterprise cycles: Deals don't close in a week. You understand nurture across 6+ month funnels.
We are not looking for someone who needs a large team, an established playbook, or six weeks to ramp. We want someone ready to run on day one.
